Barrie K Sharpe, as most know, was one of the four creators of Duffer, one of the two creators of the ‘Rare Groove’ scene and in the band that was said to have defined Acid Jazz – Diana Brown & The Brothers. Barrie was very much at the forefront of the movement that changed youth culture in the mid 80s.
